Measurement method The displacement of a vibrating target is measured. The amplitude range is obtained by subtracting the minimum value from the maximum value. Peak-to-peak hold mode The vibrational amplitude during a specified period is automatically measured by inputting the timing signal as shown in the figure on the right. When the measurement result is higher (or lower) than the predetermined value, the result is output to an external device.
