Caps Stuck During Transfer
Caps are charged with static electricity by repeated friction and separation caused by the vibration of the feeder bowl. A Coulomb force works on the charged caps to make them cling to the bowl or chute of the feeder bowl.
This Coulomb force prevents the movement of the caps and they become stuck.
